SCOTTeVEST was created out of something of a necessity for founders Laura and Scott Jordan. Scott increasingly had things like cell phones and other gadgets to carry, and Laura didn\'t want to put his gear in her purse. The two ended up creating a line of clothing that focuses on comfort, style, and most importantly, storage. The business was officially launched in 2010 in Chicago before the couple moved to Ketchum, Idaho. The company carries men\'s and women\'s clothing. Women\'s clothing includes vests, jackets, hoodies, pants, shirts, dresses, and skirts. Each item has at least several functional pockets, and the items with the most storage options have as many as 42 pockets. So that people aren\'t weighted down, SCOTTeVEST apparel is made from lightweight and durable material. Features that the clothing comes with include removable sleeves, water bottle loops, earbud buckets, tablet pockets, and portable personal area networks.
